Shipping

We ship online-ordered goods via UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx are reliable partners that typically deliver the next business day within the Netherlands after we hand over the packages to them. Within Europe, delivery usually occurs within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a UPS or FedEx tracking number via email after shipment so you can track the package yourself. Generally, a signature is required upon receipt of the package.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs 8.50 euros excluding VAT (for packages under 2kg). For orders over 120 euros excluding VAT, shipping within the Netherlands is free. In the shopping cart screen, you can calculate the costs in advance by entering your postal code.

You can also choose to pick up the ordered items during our opening hours, provided they are in stock. You can indicate at the time of purchase that you would like to collect the items yourself.

Depending on your location or due to shipping costs or speed, we may deviate from shipping with FedEx or UPS.

Returning

Returning your purchase is possible under certain conditions.

If you, as a consumer, have made a purchase with us, we adhere to the law for distance selling (right of withdrawal). If the items do not meet your expectations, you can return them, provided they are undamaged and unused, within 14 days. You must contact us in advance via email or phone. After returning, you will receive the amount you paid for the purchase back. You are responsible for the return and must cover the return costs. If the ordered products have been specially manufactured or modified for you, returning them is generally not possible.

If you made a purchase for a business (merchant), returns are not automatically possible. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange products. You are responsible for any return costs.

N.B. Who is a consumer and who is a merchant?
You are a consumer if you act for purposes outside your business or professional activity. A merchant is a person who acts in the course of their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
