The AudioRoot GLE-12W is a fully isolated DC/DC converter and Ground Loop Eliminator designed to remove hum and ground-related noise in audio systems. In setups where multiple power sources or recorders are interconnected, small potential differences between grounds can introduce interference. The GLE-12W provides galvanic isolation between input and output, maintaining a clean and stable 12 V DC supply.

Delivering up to 12 W (12 V / 1 A) from a 9–18 V DC input, the converter features internal filtering and a 400 kHz switching frequency for extremely low noise. With 86% efficiency, heat buildup remains minimal, ensuring long-term stability and reliability even in compact sound bags or enclosed systems.

The GLE series uses high-grade components, full metal shielding and 1000 V DC isolation. Equipped with 4-pin Hirose connectors, it integrates seamlessly into existing Audioroot power systems or any 12 V DC distribution. Typical applications include isolating recorders, receivers or camera power lines to eliminate hum and prevent interference.
