The vdB 6-104-M is a threaded heel with side-facing XLR3 outlet for internally mono-cabled vdB microphone boom poles. The included foam heel remains at the bottom of the pole, while the cable to the recording equipment connects at the side.
Use and compatibility
Use the 6-104-M as a replacement part or to convert an existing internal cable kit from a straight outlet to a side outlet. It fits the classic and QT ranges. For stereo cabling with XLR5, choose the 6-104-ST; the 6S-101 is the heel for a straight XLR outlet.
