Radius 5cm MKH50 Nimbus Windshield (24/25), Black Fur

Slip-on windshield with black synthetic fur for microphones with a 24–25 mm diameter. Open-cell foam and fur reduce wind noise in light to moderate winds while preserving high-frequency detail.

Main Features

• Up to 25 dB of wind-noise reduction.
• Perforated rubber end cap with a pepperpot structure helps minimise changes to the microphone's polar pattern.
• Slides directly onto the microphone.

Compatibility

Sennheiser MKH20, MKH30, MKH40 and MKH50; Sony ECM-MS2.

For other microphones, check that all acoustic slots are within 5 cm of the microphone tip. Leave sufficient space behind the capsule for the microphone holder. The 5 cm size describes the available length for these slots, not the overall exterior length.
