Bubblebee The Windkiller XL Short-haired

The Windkiller XL Short-haired is a short-haired plug-on microphone windshield. It slides directly onto the microphone and helps reduce wind noise during outdoor recording in moderate wind. This version has an internal length of 180 mm and fits microphones with a diameter of ø18–24 mm.

The short-haired version is intended for moderate wind and has a more compact profile. For greater wind protection, choose the long-haired Windkiller XL, which has the same internal length and suitable microphone diameter.

Standard or Big Mount?

This version has a standard opening for ø18–24 mm microphones. The Sennheiser MKH 60 requires the long-haired Windkiller XL Big Mount, which has a larger mounting opening for ø23–26 mm microphones.
