Cinela X-SET-1

The Cinela X-SET-1 is a suspension system designed for Neumann KM-series microphones, including the KM184, KM185, KM140, and the KMA series with KK184/185 capsules. This system is intended to be combined with the Z WIND windshield to create a complete wind protection system, the Z-OSIX-1.

Features:

• Vibration isolation: The integrated suspension system minimizes mechanical vibrations, resulting in cleaner audio.
• Compatibility: Designed for Neumann KM184/185, KM140, and KMA+KK184/185 microphones.
• Easy integration: Quickly mounts within the Z WIND windshield for a complete wind protection solution.

Recommendations:

• For strong winds: When using only the main cover (Z-COVER) without fur, it is recommended to use a foam windshield inside the cage for additional protection.
• For indoor recordings: The soft bellows (Z-BELLOWS) can remain in place for quick transitions from outdoor to indoor use. It can also be easily removed if preferred.
