vdB TOP-SC-2

The vdB TOP-SC-2 is a removable Quick Release top screw for vdB QT microphone boom poles. It connects the microphone suspension to the pole and is available as a replacement for the existing top screw. Additional screws can also be fitted to different suspensions to prepare them for quick changes.

Replacement or quick changes

Use the TOP-SC-2 to replace a lost or damaged top screw. When working with several suspensions, leave a separate top screw attached to each one. The connection to the pole releases with a quarter turn, allowing the complete suspension to be exchanged without unscrewing the tip from the suspension.

Suitable for internal cabling

The top screw has an opening for routing the internal microphone cable. It is therefore also suitable for an internally cabled QT boom pole. The opening maintains the cable path through the top of the pole; a cable is not included.
