Radius 48cm MKH816 Nimbus Windshield (19/22)

Grey slip-on windshield for long shotgun microphones with a diameter of 19–22 mm. Open-cell foam and acoustically transparent synthetic fur reduce wind noise in light to moderate wind while preserving high frequencies.

Compatibility

Radius lists the Sennheiser MKH 816 and RØDE NTG8 for this size. For other microphones, check the diameter, the length of the section with acoustic openings and clearance around the microphone mount. The Audio-Technica BP28L requires a separate Nimbus version: NIM-00803.
