The Sanken CU-55 is a compact cardioid condenser microphone with a flat frequency response from 40 Hz to 20 kHz. It is designed to capture natural, uncolored sound from acoustic instruments and vocals. Small and lightweight, it is easy to position in studios or live setups. With its built-in –10 dB PAD switch, the CU-55 can handle both subtle sources and very loud instruments, from strings to percussion and brass.
