Bubblebee BBI-ILC-O-30

Bubblebee The Invisible Lav Covers Original

The Invisible Lav Covers Original are fabric covers for concealing a lavalier microphone on skin or clothing. The acoustically transparent mesh creates a layer between the microphone and clothing to help reduce friction noise.

The BBI-ILC-O-30 contains nine reusable covers in black, beige and white, together with 30 double-sided Invisible Lav Tape pads. Choose the colour that suits the clothing or mounting position.

Main Features

• Acoustically transparent fabric covers for concealed lavalier mounting.
• Help reduce noise caused by contact with clothing.
• Attach to skin or clothing using the included tape.
• Reusable covers in black, beige and white.
• Includes 30 double-sided, hypoallergenic Invisible Lav Tape pads.

Mounting and Replacement Tape

The Invisible Lav Tape holds the microphone and cover on one side and adheres to skin or clothing on the other. Its centre cutout helps keep adhesive away from the microphone capsule. Keep the sound opening clear when mounting.

Use a fresh tape pad for each mounting. Replacement tape is available as BBI-ILT-120 on a roll and BBI-ILT-120-S in strips, both containing 120 pieces.

Other Versions

Original covers are also available in Big Bags containing 40 covers in one colour: black, beige or white.

Mounting with a Lav Concealer

For a microphone-specific rubber mount, see the Bubblebee Lav Concealers. Use Lav Concealer Tape to attach a regular-sized concealer. Tiny Concealers for the DPA 6060, Sennheiser MKE 1, Countryman B6 and Deity W.Lav Micro require Tiny Tape on a roll or Tiny Tape in strips.
