Bubblebee Lav Concealer for hidden lavalier mounting

The Lav Concealer is a soft rubber mount for securing a lavalier microphone beneath clothing. Each version is shaped for a specific microphone model. The rubber helps absorb vibration and friction noise, while the metal Fabric Guard keeps clothing away from the capsule.

Select the version for your microphone and choose black or white from the product options. All 18 model versions are available in both colours. You receive one Lav Concealer in your selected version.

Which version do you need?

These versions have separate fits: do not choose by brand alone. The DPA 4060 version also fits the 4061, 4062 and 4063; the DPA 6060 version fits the 6061 and 6066. The RØDE Lavalier version also accommodates Lavalier GO, smartLav+ and RØDELINK LAV. Select the dedicated version for Lavalier II. For Sennheiser, check the distinction between ME 2 and ME 2-II.

Standard or Tiny Tape?

The Tiny Lav Concealers for Countryman B6, Deity W.Lav Micro, DPA 6060 and Sennheiser MKE 1 use the smaller Tiny Tape. Other versions use standard Lav Concealer Tape. Both are available on a roll or as strips of pre-cut pads.

Use and included items

Insert the microphone into its matching mount and use the Fabric Guard to limit direct contact between clothing and the capsule. Attach the Concealer using tape or the supplied mounting parts, leaving sufficient slack in the microphone cable.

You receive one Lav Concealer in your selected model version and colour, with its matching metal mounting parts and 6 tape pads. The combination of clips, cable locks and Fabric Guards varies by model.
