The Lectrosonics UFM144-A1B1 is an active RF filter and amplifier module with a 144 MHz passband (470–614 MHz), designed for antenna systems requiring long cable runs or distribution to multiple receivers. Two ceramic resonator filters at the input provide filtering, followed by a GaAsFET RF amplifier with 12 dB gain. The gain can be adjusted to +8 dB or +5 dB using internal jumpers. The module is powered via an external DC source (8–16 VDC) or via DC bias on the RF output, such as from a multicoupler or BIAS-T. The housing is made of cast aluminum with rugged BNC connectors.
