The Schoeps B 20 S is a compact pop screen and windscreen designed for axially addressed microphones with a 20 mm diameter. Unlike the standard B 20, the B 20 S features a dual layer of nylon fabric, providing more effective attenuation of plosive sounds and wind noise. This comes with slightly increased acoustic coloration, making its use dependent on specific recording requirements.
