Schoeps MH 3/8 Magnetic Mount [161115]

The Schoeps MH 3/8 is a strong magnetic mount with a 3/8-inch thread for attaching a microphone clamp to a magnetic metal surface. It allows microphone placement inside a grand piano or on a suitable metal door frame, for example.

Mounting and compatibility

The MH 3/8 can be combined with an SG 20 or SGC microphone clamp. It can also be used to attach the SG XY stereo clamp.

Schoeps recommends an elastic microphone suspension to reduce vibration transmitted from the mounting surface. The surface must be suitable for magnetic attachment.
