Hawk-Woods SD-2 – MDV Battery Fitting for Sound Devices MixPre 3/6

The Hawk-Woods SD-2 is a compact adapter that allows the use of a single Sony NPF (L-Series) battery with the Sound Devices MixPre-3 and MixPre-6 recorders. The unit slides into the rear sled slot and clicks into place, just like the original battery compartment.

This lets users power their recorders with standard L-Series batteries such as the NP-F550 or NP-F980.
