Schoeps CCM 4P L [121701]

Compact cardioid condenser microphone for speech recording at distances below 20 cm from the mouth. Its capsule and microphone amplifier are integrated into one housing. The L version has a detachable Lemo connection.

Proximity Effect and Placement

Moderate low-frequency attenuation compensates for the bass boost caused by close placement. More distant sound is recorded with reduced bass. The CCM 4P is intended for short speaking distances; the CCM 4XP provides stronger low-frequency attenuation for even closer use.
