Schoeps B 1 D

Schoeps B 1 D [170102]

Compact hollow pop shield for 20 mm end-address Schoeps microphones. Its foam covering and metal gauze structure create an air chamber around the capsule to reduce speech plosives.

Use and alternatives

Designed for microphones addressed from the front. The B 1 provides simple capsule protection; the B 5 D is a larger alternative for pop protection and light wind.
