Schoeps BLC

The Schoeps BLC is a mounting fixture that transforms any directional CCM microphone or MK capsule with an active KC cable into a boundary microphone. This is useful for recording moving performers on stage or in situations where a microphone stand would be in the way. The boundary effect increases the direct-to-room ratio by 3 dB, enabling a larger recording radius without negative effects.
