The Schoeps MK 2H matched pair [131009mp] consists of two identical omnidirectional condenser capsules from the Colette series. Each capsule features a subtle acoustic high-frequency lift starting around 6 kHz, without electronic compensation. This correction improves recordings in diffuse sound fields and allows for a balanced, natural response when capturing distant sources.

The MK 2H matched pair is ideal for A/B stereo arrays or as part of a Decca Tree configuration, optionally with KA 40 sphere accessories. These capsules provide excellent spatial imaging with minimal coloration from room reflections.
