The Schoeps W 140 blue is a blue foam windscreen for MiniCMIT and CMIT 5 shotgun microphones. Measuring 135 mm in length, it provides basic protection against wind noise in light air movement.

A foam windscreen is suitable when limited wind protection is sufficient. Stronger wind requires more extensive wind protection. The W 140 fits directly over the microphone.
