The Scorpio is a high-end 32-channel mixer-recorder with 36 tracks, designed for demanding productions such as feature films, high-end television, and complex multi-camera workflows. Its internal routing matrix allows any input—analog, AES, or Dante—to be freely assigned to any track, bus, or output. Despite its vast capabilities, Scorpio remains compact and versatile for both bag and cart use.

It features 16 mic/line preamps, 32x32 Dante I/O, 8 AES3 digital inputs and outputs, and 12 analog outputs. Recording is done simultaneously to a 256 GB internal SSD and two SD cards. All audio paths support up to 192 kHz / 24-bit, with real-time DSP including limiters, delays, EQ, and automixing via MixAssist or Dugan. Monitoring is supported via four independent headphone outputs.

Control is available via MCU-compatible USB surfaces such as the CL-16, with additional GPIO support and full timecode I/O. Powering options include dual L-mount batteries, 4-pin XLR DC, or AC input. The Scorpio supports plugin-based noise reduction (e.g. NoiseAssist, Cedar) and wordclock sync. Its build and feature set make it a flagship tool for critical audio capture.
