The Schoeps CMC 1 SO [132301] is a compact microphone amplifier with fixed gooseneck and 3-pin Lemo output, specifically wired for use with the Sound Devices Astral TX transmitter. It features the correct pinout for direct compatibility with the Astral system and is also compatible with the earlier Sound Devices A10 and A20 transmitters.

Functionally equivalent to the CMC 1 U, the CMC 1 SO replaces the XLR connector with a flexible 12 cm gooseneck and fixed Lemo output. It is fully compatible with all MK capsules in the Colette series and supports active accessories such as the CUT 60. With its full frequency response and RF shielding, it is well-suited for wireless use.
