Sound Devices NoiseAssist MixPre-10 II 2 instances

Sound Devices NoiseAssist MixPre-10 II 2 instances

NoiseAssist is a software license for the Sound Devices MixPre-10 II that reduces background noise during recording, such as traffic, ventilation or generator noise behind dialogue. This version provides 2 instances to process two signals separately.

Features

• 2 NoiseAssist instances for the model named in the product title.
• Real-time processing with 1 ms latency.
• Adjustable background noise reduction from 1 to 20 dB.
• Automatically adapts to background noise without a separate noise-learning recording.
• Requires MixPre II firmware 9.00 or later.
• Available on input channels and the L and R buses.

Compatibility and use

This license is for the MixPre-10 II, not a first-generation MixPre. NoiseAssist can run alongside MixAssist, but cannot be used simultaneously with the Musician or Ambisonics plugin. Two instances can process two channels, two buses, or one channel and one bus.

The license is tied to one recorder and cannot be transferred to another recorder. NoiseAssist reduces background noise; it is not designed to remove clothing rustle from a lavalier microphone.

Ordering

Please provide your recorder model and serial number when ordering. Check both details carefully: they are used to order the correct license for your device. This version is intended only for the model shown in the product title.
