Telinga Modular Dish Set

The Telinga Modular Dish Set is a foldable parabolic microphone system with an effective diameter of 55.9 cm, designed for use with your own microphones or microphone capsules. The dish operates entirely by acoustic amplification and contains no electronics. Two interchangeable foam cartridges allow the system to be configured for mono recording or a PZM stereo arrangement.

The included mono foam cartridge accommodates most pencil-style omnidirectional and cardioid microphones. Microphones can be mounted with the capsule facing the dish. Longer omnidirectional microphones can also be mounted facing forward. The capsule position can be adjusted around the focal point of the dish.

A separate stereo foam cartridge is included for stereo configurations. It incorporates a vertical plate separating the left and right sides of the dish. Small omnidirectional microphones, lavalier microphones or electret capsules can be used in this PZM stereo arrangement.

Compatibility
