The Schoeps CMC 1 U is the most compact microphone amplifier in the Colette series. At only 36 mm in length, it’s ideal for use in tight setups or on boom poles where space and weight are limited.

Despite its small size, the CMC 1 U offers full-range performance with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, high output capability and a low noise floor. It is fully compatible with all Colette capsules and active accessories such as RC tubes and the CUT 60 low-cut module. It is a true alternative to the larger CMC 6 in nearly every application.
