Radius Mini-RAD Shock Mount

The Mini-RAD is a compact microphone suspension that reduces handling noise and vibration transmitted through a stand or boom pole. Its hoops have an outer diameter of ø45 mm, compared with ø65 mm for regular RAD hoops. This allows close microphone placement for plant mics, car recording, compact stereo arrays and orchestral recording.

A 180° swivel allows microphone positioning, while an integrated cable clip secures the cable without a separate XLR holder. The fitted 19/21mm hoops accommodate ø19–21 mm small diaphragm microphones. Additional hoops for smaller configurations are included.
