Compact Colette microphone set combining an MK 8 figure-eight capsule with a CMC 1 L microphone amplifier. The miniature Lemo output connects to an XLR microphone input with phantom power through the included K 5 LU cable.

Use and placement

The MK 8 is side-addressed, with a red dot marking the 0° side. Suitable as the side microphone in an M/S setup or as part of a Blumlein pair. These configurations require an additional microphone.
